SHIPPING METHOD

All Internet Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, International address or a Post Office Box must be placed by calling Texas Pecan Company direct and are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). We can ship any order to a street address via U.S. Postal Service upon your request, if you prefer that method of shipping, the order must be placed by calling Texas Pecan 972) 241-7878.

REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING

Residential Address:
We will need Recipient’s Name, Street Address, City, State and Zip Code.  Telephone number is optional, but beneficial to ensure the accuracy of your order. Please be aware that anyone previously having a Rural Route address has now been given a 911/UPS address. Please verify all address information before submitting.

Commercial Address
We will need the Recipient’s Name, Street Address (INCLUDE SUITE NUMBER, FLOOR NUMBER, BOX NUMBER ETC. – IF APPLICABLE) City, State and Zip Code. Telephone number is optional, but beneficial to ensure the accuracy of your order. Please note if the suite numbers, etc. is not included, this may cause a delay in the package being properly delivered. Please verify all address information before submitting.

SHIPPING CHARGES/TAX COST

Shipping and Handling Charges are applied at the time of check-out. Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO International address or a PO Box must be placed by phone and Shipping Charges are provided at that time. Also, if you prefer shipping  to a street address by the U.S. Postal Service, you must call Texas Pecan 972) 241-7878 and Shipping Charges are given at that time.

Tax

If selected item (chocolates and candies) is taxable and shipped in Texas, the shipping charges are also taxable. TEXAS TAX – 8.25%. If selected item (chocolates and candies) is taxable but shipped outside Texas no tax is charged for that item and the shipping is non-taxable.

SHIPPING DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

Texas Pecan will make every effort to ensure items are delivered prior to Christmas. However, please be sure to place your orders no later December 12th to guarantee delivery in time for the holiday.

*WARM WEATHER*

To guarantee our chocolate candies arrive to their destination without melting, we stop shipping the chocolates during the summer months, when our average outside temperatures reach 80 degrees or more.

RETURN POLICY

Texas Pecan guarantees the freshness and quality of our products. If there is a problem with our products you order and receive from Texas Pecan, please contact us within 5 days of purchase and we will take the appropriate action to replace, exchange or issue you a refund.
